FleetFault

Fault reporting for company vehicles

Every vehicle fault reported, and followed until it’s fixed.

Put a QR sticker on each vehicle. A driver scans it, picks what’s wrong, says whether the vehicle can still be driven and adds photos. You get an e-mail at once, with no phone call or lost note in between, and follow every report from new to fixed.

Free for 5 vehicles, for good · No app · No driver accounts

From fault to fixed, in three steps

The driver only does the middle one.

QR codeSticker

Put a QR code on each vehicle

Add your vehicles, print the sticker sheet and put one code on each, where a driver can reach it with a phone camera.

ScanReportSent

The driver scans and reports

Scan, pick the fault, say whether the vehicle can still be driven, add up to three photos and send. Nothing to install, no account to make.

E-mailNOT DRIVABLE

You get an e-mail and track the repair

The alert arrives at once, its subject marked NOT DRIVABLE when the driver says so. Move the report from new to in progress to fixed; every step is kept.

Everything you need to stay on top of faults

What FleetFault does today.

QR codeNo appNo account

No app, no driver accounts

Drivers report from the phone’s browser. A new or stand-in driver can report on the first day, with no login and nothing to install.

Photos and an optional location

Up to three photos come with each report. A driver can add the location, which helps when a vehicle breaks down away from base; otherwise the report goes without it.

E-mailNOT DRIVABLESent

Instant e-mail alerts

Every new report reaches the addresses on your list at once. When a driver says the vehicle cannot be driven, the subject says NOT DRIVABLE: the driver’s own answer, for you to check.

BrakesIn progress

Status and history for every vehicle

Each report moves from new to in progress to fixed, and every step is kept. A vehicle’s page lists all of its reports, so a problem that keeps coming back stands out.

CSV export

Download your fleet’s reports as a CSV file for Excel or any spreadsheet, for your records or a closer look.

Drivers report in their own language

The sticker page, the app and the alert e-mails speak 42 languages. The sticker page opens in the language of the driver’s phone, and managers pick theirs in Settings.

Made for vehicles many people drive

When the driver changes every day, a fault gets lost between shifts. FleetFault keeps it on record.

Company cars and vans

Hear about damage and mechanical problems even when a different colleague drives the vehicle every day.

Delivery and transport

Give drivers a quick way to report a problem before the next shift or run.

Rental and shared vehicles

Each report is kept with its photos and the time it was sent, so it is clear what was reported and when.

Construction and service vehicles

Operators report a problem with a work vehicle without hunting for a form or a manager.

Questions

What does it cost?

The free plan holds 5 vehicles, for good. Up to 25 vehicles: €4.99 a month, or €29 a year with the launch deal. Up to 100 vehicles: €14.99 a month, or €89 a year with the launch deal. Unlimited vehicles: €29 a month, or €169 a year with the launch deal. Prices are without VAT.

What happens at the free plan’s limit?

Nothing you already have is hidden or deleted. Only the next one waits until you choose a paid plan.

What is the launch deal?

Paying yearly costs less than half of paying monthly, and whoever takes the launch deal keeps that price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Do drivers need an app or an account?

No. A driver scans the sticker with the phone camera and reports in the browser. There is no app, and drivers have no login.

Who owns the data, and how do I get it out?

You do. The reports, photos and vehicles belong to your fleet. Download the reports as a CSV file from the dashboard. Deleting the fleet in Settings erases its vehicles, reports and photos.

Does FleetFault check whether a vehicle is safe?

No. It passes on what the driver reports, including whether they think the vehicle can still be driven, and flags it in the alert. Checking the vehicle and deciding what happens next stays with your team. It does not schedule maintenance, read telematics, run walkaround checklists or track legal inspections yet.

Which languages does it speak?

42. The sticker page opens in the language of the driver’s phone, and the driver can pick another one there. The app and the alert e-mails speak them too: managers pick theirs in Settings.

How long does setup take?

Sign up, name your fleet, add your vehicles and print their stickers. There is nothing to install, and drivers have nothing to set up. Your own address is on the alert list from the start.

Start with one vehicle

Add a vehicle, print its sticker and send a test report from your phone: you see the whole path, from the driver’s screen to your inbox. Free for up to 5 vehicles, with no card.
