Terms

These terms apply when you use FleetFault. They are short on purpose. The privacy notice says what we keep; these say what we agree.

Who we are

FleetFault is a product of mixtape.works, run by Human Hygiene Kft., Datolya utca 40, 1163 Budapest, Hungary (company registration 01-09-464537). Write to support@mixtape.works about anything in these terms.

What FleetFault is

FleetFault gives a fleet a QR sticker for each vehicle. A driver who scans it reports a fault without an account. The fleet manager sees every report in an inbox, gets an e-mail alert for each one, and can download them as a CSV file. It is a reporting tool. It does not inspect vehicles, does not say that a vehicle is safe to drive, and does not replace the inspections, insurance or repairs that the law or your own rules require. Whether a vehicle may be driven is your decision.

Free early access, and the price

FleetFault is free while it is in early access. You do not give a card to start, and nothing is charged. A price will be announced to the fleet’s manager by e-mail, in advance, before any price applies. You can stop at any time by deleting your fleet in Settings.

Your account

You sign in with your mixtape account and keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what is done under your sign-in. FleetFault keeps no password of its own: the mixtape account does the sign-in, and its own terms apply to it.

Drivers and their reports

Your drivers report faults without an account. A report holds what the driver writes, their name and phone number if they give them, the location if they tap “Add my location”, and up to three photos. Your fleet decides why it collects this, and it is responsible for telling its drivers. The privacy notice says how FleetFault holds it for you.

What you may not do

Do not file reports you know to be false, do not put in personal details that a fault report does not need, and do not try to reach another fleet’s data, or to probe, attack or overload the service.

Your data

Your fleet’s data belongs to your fleet. You can download its reports as a CSV file from the dashboard at any time. Deleting the fleet in Settings removes it, its vehicles, its reports and its photos, and that cannot be undone.

The service as it is

During early access FleetFault is provided as it is, without a promise of uptime. We work to keep it running and to fix what breaks. We are not liable for a breakdown, an accident, or a report that was not seen in time. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will e-mail the fleet’s manager before the change applies. The date at the foot of this page is the date of the version you are reading.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies to these terms.
